    Yeah, funny that! The talking heads on the news have been reporting this today. I think that was the key missing ingredient to Manning's plan. The lack of snow threw off his game...

    It isn't beautiful anymore. I can't afford the propane it takes to heat my home (now over $5 per gallon) and I'm so tired of trekking out to the barn to try and keep fresh water to the chickens only to gather eggs that have frozen and burst. And in Oklahoma Mother Nature teases us with Spring one day and a freezing blast of ice and snow the next day.

    And I bow and thank you for this opportunity to vent as I exit stage left.
