Project Blue: Take Two - At the Fair

I missed Take One of Anna's latest photo/color project but I made it for Take Two. During Project Green I got so confused I never knew what Take was coming or going but this time I'm going to try to be consistent and sequential - take that math!

I took this at a small local street fair. Guess what!? It's the Scooter Ride! Yes! Yes! It Is!

Personally I thought it was the bumper cars but ...

If you don't visit ANNA you should. Even when between projects her place is a treat for the eyes. During one of her projects it is an absolute feast of talented photographers.

Very COOL blue!

I don't worry about keeping up with the 'TAKES' in these projects! I just post my pics as I want to! lol- I usually posts lots- not just one for each 'Take!' But that's just me being different!

:) Thanks for visiting me!

I think I'm gonna like checking out your blog, too!

...Not right now, tho! I have house keeping stuff to do ! ;(

thanks Raven! - I did a little fishbowl effect on it and I liked the way it looked.

melli - I guess I could LOL I'm just a bit OCD ;)

gattina - the odd thing is that the ride had nothing to do with scooters! it was just bumper cars.

junie - I love people who are different and don't play by the rules :)
happy housekeeping!

anndi - it's bumper cars! no one there could tell me why it was called scooter. it bugged me LOL

tt - Anna is the best. she has a thing for angles and looking up which I just love. I learn something from all her photos and I love her projects, so many talented people join in. Plus it makes you suddenly notice color everywhere! and NO WAY was I gonna ride LOL

dot - I'm with you! It was just bumper cars but the simple act of getting in and out of them would have killed me :)

ivanhoe - these projects go on for a while so definitely look for some blue. it's fun! :)

Ooo, I love that photo! It makes me want to hop on in & scoot...but if it spins I'll throw up & for some reason that ruins it for everyone LOL

it seems like i am looking through a lens :) nicely capped

Dianne said...

thanks shelly :) I liked the added 'fullness'

jo - I would sit with you and bring a designer barf bag :)
it was just bumper cars although the older kids are road rage in training!!

somitra - thank you so much!

LOL Leighann! Don't ya hate when that happens

teach - I thought a scooter should be different from bumper cars but this one wasn't. Now I'm wondering what a Scooter ride would be LOL

Great picture!

I used to love the bumper cars. But, I don't ride them cause the collisions hurt my back. :-(

But, I would love a scooter! That would be fun.

Love the photo and nice use of effects! I get the "scooter" thing. They want to make it sound nicer and not so violent. Bumper. It sounds abrupt. Scooter. It sounds safe. Silly people! Tomato, tomoto- it's the SAME THING!

Dianne said...

thanks lacey! - and you're right, they're trying to make it sound nicer!!

Great blue photo. I was also going to ask what a scooter ride was, but I see you answered that. I always seem to get the car that won't move!

Scooter as in mini motorcycles? It sure has got a nice shade of blue :P

Schmoop said...

I would have never known it was a Scooter ride...How could I determine that? Cheers Di!!

What good is a cat if it doesn't catch a rat?

Blue is good, I like blue but a scooter ride Dianne? Is that provided by the "Scooter Store" which will get me my scooter at no cost?

ha ha ha ha ha

Peace

I know matt-man, I know! they really kept it low key

gina - thanks so much!

LOL Mark - but only if you qualify!!

thanks diane m :)

and thanks annette - the fair was right by the beach so the air and the light was as crisp as the blue - it was a great day,

My grandaughter wanted me to go on a ride like that with her. I had to refuse, way to afraid of knocking my back out of whack. So Sad!
