Catching Up With Siren

Hi everyone, I've been letting Isadora do the pet blogging but she's getting a big head and is out of control so I'm back

She looks for me everywhere. After Mia moved on to the big kitty condo in the sky I thought the bed was mine.

I like to meditate there.

I tried hanging out in Isadora's headquarters but it is just too pink for me, actually I think it's too pink for Barbie (who I enjoy beheading) and I don't know what Mom was thinking when she bought it.

Menopause appears to be hitting her hard.

I try to share the bed with Isadora but she is demented.

She's all eyeballs and claws.

I direct your attention to the broken camera strap. Isadora got hold of it after the "infiltrator" broke it. I have not broken anything in at least 3 of my lives.

Yet they worship the infiltrator

I just don't get it - she's just sits there and can't even use a litter box.

I digress

Even when Isadora finally quiets down she ruins bed sharing. I mean really, look at the way she stretches out in front of me! - no one wants to see that.

This required drastic measures so I decided to go undercover

Even with my exceptional stealth-like skills she found me!

I tried moving camp

Ever feel like people are walking all over you?

Oy!

Isadora certainly looks like a much more playful sort. I know Siren. You thought that you were the playful one. Looks like there's a new sheriff in town. Poor guy. I feel for you. (I'd snuggle you, but for some reason, I don't think that you'd appreciate it.)

Poor Siren - between Isadora and the Infiltrator, what's a cat to do?

Oh Siren, you would be a great friend with our Sam. He's got similar problem with Zoe. He's trying to hide and rest somwhere yet she's on him like a fly on you-know-what...
Hugs to you from Ohio,
I.

Oh, Dianne...you have no idea how much delight these posts give me!!

I just about choked on my Marlboro Light when I read....

"actually I think it's too pink for Barbie (who I enjoy beheading)"

Bwhahahahhahahahaha!

And the photos of Siren under the blanket, like a big lump, brought back so many wonderful memories for me when my cats Jerry and Zoe would do that same thing!

Hide and Seek.

(btw, I love the colors of your bedding)

The look on Hope's face is priceless beyond words. She's so adorable.

Thank you for sharing such a sweet post, dear lady. It made my Saturday night!

X to you and the gang!

I love the ‘eyeballs and claws’ shot, it could be a Dali painting. And from what I can see of your house, you have some serious taste!

That is truly laugh out loud stuff.
Snorted my coffee on the sand box reference for Hope.

linda - they are complex creatures aren't they ;)

jc - Siren was always with older cats, he's gotta get used to a baby

cherie - snuggling is not one of Siren's things - he still won't sit on my lap although he will stand on it

bobbie - he does suffer so :)

ivanhoe - sam and zoe are such cool names, I have to come by a look for new pics :)

ron - you are my #1 pet post fan!! I love your comments
Siren keeps looking for a new place that Isa doesn't know about but she's just too curious

ladyFi - I'm glad you luaghed at their antics

scott - I'm so pleased that the eyeballs and claws shot came out - I was playing with settings while she moved around like a tornado
thanks for the compliment :)
I like simple stuff
neutral colors, real fabrics, wood, clean lines

patti - a good coffee snort is so cleansing LOL

Poor Siren! You caught between the infiltrator and Isadora. If it's any consolation, you are an entertaining writer and gave me a good chuckle. And the infiltrator is really adorable. I continue to predict that you and Hope will end up being best friends any time now.

Poor Siren, the guy just can't catch a break when it comes to the female felines in that house of yours! Of course, I don't think that I would want to sleep with THAT in my face either!

I'm with Bond, these posts totally crack me up and get to actually honestly and truly laughing out loud - none of that silent LOL on the keyboard crap!

LOL, LOL...Brilliant, my dear Siren...(Or I should say Mom-person....)
This is really a great post with WONDERFUL Pictures. Poor Siren. Life can be very hard between Isadora and The Infiltrator....!

FABULOUS!! Oh, Siren, you have such a way with words--and pictures. You'll just have to cut Miss Isadora down to size when Mom's not looking. I do it to Mr. Man all the time...

Hilarious! Siren has serious grievances. I'm glad he's finally speaking up.

This was really fun to read! I adore cats. What's fun is to wiggle your toes under the covers and wait for the pounce! It's the best game!

(btw, the infiltrator is precious)
