Pet Pride: Isadora's First Post

Hi everyone on these here Internet tubes, it's me - Isadora.

I have never blogged before but I do know a little about the Internet. I was on Pet Finder before I was adopted. There are lots of cats and dogs there - and they are all waiting for a home.

I think I got lucky.

I have a big brother ...

He's always watching me. We fight, but no one really gets hurt so I think we're playing.

I'm very good at hiding from him. I used to hide all the time but now I feel comfortable here so I only hide when Siren is bugging me.

Mom person says that last hiding place has a flaw.

There are lots of toys here ...

I do my best to share with Siren.

I was using Mia's litter box when I first got here and sometimes I used Siren's just to test his patience. This weekend I got a new litter box all my own.

Siren checked it out for me ...

Mia's litter box was small and dainty and it had a low bottom. Apparently Mia was a lady with very delicate litter habits.

Mom says I poop like a truck driver who ate too many burritos.

And I make a mess on the pretty floor ...

She never gets mad though. She cleans up after me and hugs me a lot.

I'm home ...

Remember now that Pet Pride has moved to GATTINA’S PLACE - so stop by and check out all the other pets.

Welcome to the internets Isadora.

Might I say, you're looking quite content in that last shot. Give your mom person a big hug for me and please try not to pounce on the Easter Bunny should he go hopping through your place today.

Oh Isadora, you look so happy and lovely. Tell Mom person about Worlds Best Litter, its biodegradable aka flushable and its recycled CORN! So cool AND it clumps and doesnt track .. MY mom says I could do a commercial for it, I used it when I was in hospital and now I use it all the time. I think my mom is going to out today and might bring me home a new brother. Dad and I are not sure we want a new brother but Mom says shut the front door so I guess she'll see who picks her out .. like I did .. love your friend Rosie

Isadora’s first post was sweet and cute. “Like a truck driver who ate too many burritos” huh? That’s pretty …messy.

You’ve probably told me, but did you name Isadora after the Anne Rice vampire?

Isadora, you are a lucky cat to have found such a lovely mom person. I like your doubtful hiding place and I'm glad Siren is becoming your friend now.

For your first post, Isadora, you did a wonderful job! And it's nice to see that you and Siren are getting long as well as you are though the Mom person is right, you need to work on that one hiding place as there's definitely something lacking there!

You and Tesla would get along great, I think he has the same pooping habits that you do and I'm constantly having to clean up litter from the floor! The truck driver with too many burritos DOES sound about right, too!

Looking forward to your next post, pretty girl!

Hey Isadora, welcome to the blogoshere. We're often featured on a blog and are told we are very famous, but I don't think it actually has anything to do with a mouse though.

We also like the organic flushable corn litter. It's nice and soft on our feet and makes our slave happy (weird) which is good, 'cos then he gives more hugs and treats!

Purrs from Kitty and Sylvester.
