Bumper To Bumper

I've done a lot of running around this week and while stuck in the nightmare that is NJ traffic I found some car art to share with you.

I think this means they walk to the mailbox and only use the drive-thru once a day

There really is a tiger in his tank

I decided not to cut him off

Ya gotta love how clever Republicans think they are

Well there's at least one believer

Yes they do

We could be friends

Another friend

A Libertarian who wants stricter cell phone laws?

What?

They can't afford shoes, spent all their money on giant SUV

They guy next to me tailgated this truck for miles, I kept waiting for it to back up - so disappointed

That is one ugly kid

It is good to be self-aware

See ya on the Parkway

I would take you to task for taking photos while driving, except for two things...

1. I have also done it.

2. You have described NJ traffic so well that I suspect you were at a dead stop each time you snapped a picture.

At least the traffic jams allowed for some good reading.
Can anyone interpret the Mosquito truck sticker????

You know your (sic) in NJ when ... there is a sticker about mosquito trucks. That one's a winner, man.

I didn't get the mosquito one either but enjoyed the others. At least it gave you something to do while you sat in traffic.

Okay, the mosquito truck one totally makes sense. In my town, during the summer, every evening the "mosquito truck" cruises around slowly spraying deadly (only to mosquitoes *wink, wink*) toxins all throughout the town out of a giant spraying device. It's done so we die from cancer and not West Nile or Malaria. And if you are neurotic like me, when the mosquito truck in near you (and it ALWAYS catches me when I am on a walk!!) I fear the brain damage that is sure to come. LOL.

In conclusion, I thought the mosquito truck sticker was LOLtastic ;-)

I loved these photos of auto-artica Dianne. I hope no one caught you shooting thier cars...what with the paranoia and all.

But the one about following the mosquito truck on the bike…..my brain is beginning to leak out of my ears and pool in my lap…..WTF?

This is a brilliant post and your comments are too funny. Who knew you could learn so much about folks from reading rear ends?

I dig bumper stickers, always have. I never put them on our car, but I find some to be quite amusing. Thanks for the On-the-Go Show. Cheers Di!!

The mosquito truck was actually a mosquito Jeep in Key West. It would blast its toxins into the evening air and yes, knowing no better, we kids used to run behind it so we would be covered in the spray so as not to get bitten. Who knew?
How on earth I have made it 70 years is incredible. At least now I know I have an excuse for my mental failings.

I followed the mosquito truck.

In NH every Friday night a pickup truck spraying a fogger to kill mosquito's would cruise the campgrounds. I think some cities did the same thing.

travis - I do a lot of drive by shooting but not while moving
if I can't capture a shot while stuck or at a light I try to go back or just forget it

linda - patti and mrs d and micky t came to our rescue
who knew!

kitty - YOUR so right ;)

linda - it's amazing what you can see when you really look around

mrs d - wow!! I never knew about that
we had the spraying for awhile in NY during the Nile crisis but only late late at night and only in the parks and along the highway

scott - I am very covert
if I was in LA I could totally be TMZ - ugh
our fellow bloggers have answered the mosquito sticker so pull your brains back in - they're too good to waste

rob - rear ends do tell a lot ;)

matt-man - I never put them on either - I have too many things to say and can't choose just one
all I have is the license plate that says I brake for animals

patti - we were sturdier stock than the kids today
toxins just made us stronger ;)

micky - you always live dangerously!! ;)

We had mosquito trucks in NC when I was a kid. Hmmm maybe that's my problem!

Clever of you to find a way to amuse yourself (and later, us) while enduring highway heck. Thanks. :)

"Maybe thats why YOUR not right"? The person who owns this car/sticker is as stupid as the person who made the sticker ...

Dang it! Mrs D beat me to the mosquito truck explanation. And here I was going to look all smart and shit. :(

Bumper stickers are cool. Like Matt, I won't allow them on MY car. But I love them on other people's car.
