Happy Thanksgiving

I'm thankful for so many things; my home, my cats, my friends and neighbors, my photography, DVR, George Clooney, my Congressperson is not a Tea Partier, my blog community, my ...

I am most thankful for Hope ...

I'm thankful that when I ask her "who loves you?", this is my answer ...

“Hope is the dream of a soul awake”

I'm thankful that my son has embraced being a Dad with love and kindness; strength and humor. He missed his own father so much and as a child spoke of one day being "the best Dad any kid could have" ...

I wish you many little things to be thankful for.
And I wish for you at least one thing that melts your heart and fills your soul and makes your spirits soar.

Yes, I am grateful for Hope as well. She is a beautiful person here in the world with me. Although I will only meet her through your words and pictures, she (and you) add joy to my life. Thank you for YOU.

Hope is indeed a bright light in my world as well. I'm happy you have such a wonderful son and can see the many things you do have to be thankful for -- hopefully we can all see those things. To focus on them instead of the things we don't have. I, too, have so much to be thankful/grateful for and I hope I never forget to count my blessings every day! Have a wonderful Happy Thanksgiving, Dianne! Sending hugs to you and Hope as always!

Like you, I am so grateful first, that I had the three children I had and then, simultaneously, I am ultra-grateful for the three wonderful grandchildren that have come my way too!
Hope springs eternal in the human breast takes on a whole 'nother sphere when one becomes a grandparent, ya know!

I love what you wrote about your son. He looks like a fantastic dad - but then he has a great mum to give him such a good example.

You seem pretty proud of that son! I am very thankful you have such a great son - Hope is recieving the benefits. Yahoo! And, you get to watch with a smile on your face - that is a blessing. Good job mom. Great men do not happen by accident.
Thanks for sharing. The good is so often hidden by all the darkness.
You are appreciated!
