The Cowgirl in the Easter Dress

My DIL is Greek and so we celebrated Greek Easter this past Sunday. Here's some of us in my son's living room.

My DIL and her Mom are at the dining room table
My son and Tita Geli on the large sofa with Hope between them
My oldest niece and her boyfriend on the love seat
Uncle Mike is texting

The day started with Hope being annoyed that she had to stop playing to get dressed

I told her that Elmo was shocked at her behavior

And got the smile I was waiting for plus a pose where she's  "sitting like a ballerina on TV"

One of the many chocolate bunnies she got

And yes, she wore her cowgirl hat

She is so adorable and I do get such a kick out of the photos you share with us!! I've been following her since the day she was born and have enjoyed watching her grow up through your photos! Love them and her!! Have a great week -- both of you! And big hugs to you both as well!

Hope really is adorable. Her dress is beautiful, and that was a good trick of yours, using Elmo to speak for you. LOL
Looks like everyone had a good time.

Must be hard to be a diva at her age. But she can't help it, she's just too too adorable. I love her expressions! :-)

Hope has such a great smile. You should make her smile in all of her pics. She looks much too serious without a smile ;-)

And yeah, our Easter was great as well. Midnight mass. Lots of candy. And a great dinner with our traditional cheesecake and bread. Aw yeah!

Darling! My fav pic is the b&w one with Elmo in color showing how he'd prefer she put on a smiling face. :)

there are moments where she looks just like you .. there's something in her expression .. and those eyes .. her daddy's (and your's) .. how do you stop yourself from hugging/kissing her constantly?

What a pretty dress and I love her hair up in a french braid, so grown up. She is going to be a knock out in a mere few years, then dad will be beating the boys off with sticks.
