Father's Day

Most of you know my son is going to be a Dad soon.

I got him a Dad-To-Be gift ...

Found it on Etsy, I love handmade stuff and I'd rather support real people making real things than giant stores.

Jeffrey loves his shed and the plaque will look perfect on it.

When we bought the house this is what that corner looked like ...

And this is what it is today...

Happy Father's Day to all the Dads out there - and to all the Moms doing it on their own.

What a transformation!!

And I'm with you on buying American-made stuff whenever possible.

What's Dad going to be "fix-it-ing" first in his shop? :]

I'm glad for this sign, except for me, the nails would be bent :>) Your son did a beautiful job on the shed. And with the values you've taught him, he will give his child the same as well. Beautiful!

Your son did a nice job improving the shed. He's got the 'fix-it' gene for sure!

I hope you had a nice family day today.

What a neat gift -a pre-father's day Father's Day present! And I really like the plaque too, Dianne. With the talents you have in seeing the neat and cool things of life, you're gonna be one fantastic grandma pretty darned soon.

I'm amazed you didn't put a jackass on the sign as well :) Wonderful pictures. Good thing you have a good carpenter in the family. Little George/Laura is going to be a great builder. Happy Father's Day to all...good idea to include the single moms...only you :)

A great gift. I asked for a shed for myself yesterday but hubby said no!

Cool that you buy from Etsy. And, boy howdy, I wish I had a shed like that around here. I'd like to borrow your son! I'll borrow grandkids, too :-) I need one to hug.

Cute sign.

That shed is amazing. You could sell it as a condo in downtown toronto for around $250,000!

Aw... perfect gift. I'm predicting June 29th for the baby's arrival... in case there's a pool.

Oh my goodness! What a difference! It could totally be a play house for a little girl :o)

It is so right and promising when people can help themselves and take responsibility for development.
I love the sign. I love the shed.
Without being a psychic I predict a great future for the little one to come.
