Pet Pride: Mia Sounds Off

Mia was roaming around the laptop when she saw PET PRIDE at MUMBAI DAILY

Mia was intrigued with the opportunity to use her voice and she felt PET PRIDE would be the best avenue for that.

The views expressed by Mia are not necessarily those of the blog owner.

I do not wish to get off the office chair. I do not agree that the other chairs are just as good, if that's the case then the person should use one of the other chairs. I do not wish to share the chair. I have no interest in cuddling. Laps are for pussies.

It's really wrong that she gets to move me wherever she wants. I got to the chair first, that constitutes ownership.

I am waiting for my attorney to return my call.

To hear from more of my brothers and sisters please visit PET PRIDE

I am SO nodding .. Mia, if you ever meet Rosie you two can commiserate together over Dianne and me wanting our chairs for ourselves .. Rose seems to think I should just sit on the chair in the small space she leaves at the edge ... and she doesnt get up til I am sitting almost on her!

Mia is so pretty!

Cute post! My cat is getting older (nearly 16) so she doesn't jump up on our countertops and chew on used Brillo anymore.

For that, I am grateful. :]

Mia is a beauty, but she does look a bit miffed.

HAH! Apparently our cats and kittens here are all following Mia's lead as they do tend to love the computer desk chair and don't like to relinquish it one bit either!

I think she likes electronics.

Mia, I think you should get together with Lisa's cat, Baby. The two of you could exchange ideas about how to control your people. (those ideas are one reason why I do NOT have a cat in residence.)

You show your human who's boss, Mia! :)

You go Mia girl. Keep mama in line and call the ACLU...maybe then mama might listen. PS tell Mama that there's something on my blog for her with all the best from the RNC

Mia, keep that woman in line, you hear! My name is Sam Schnauzer and, no, I'm not a cat, but I know just how you feel!! The woman here insists on taking care of the "other" dog here and I'm sick of having her sleep on MY bed!!!

My cat thinks he needs a whole queen sized bed for himself. Don't tell Mia, she might get ideas.

daryl - if they ever got together there would be no stopping them

mrs c - there are some benefits to age

magiceye/bozo - Mia is thrilled to finally have a platform, and Siren is already preparing his posts

peach - she is very tiny and fragile yet incredibly bitchy and bossy ;)

linda - she's always miffed about something LOL

jeni - they have no respect LOL

queen size funny bone - she does rub the phone a lot, and she's always stalking the laptop

bobbie - awwww - I bet you'd be a great cat wrangler ;)

cherie - she does!! she does!!

thom - I did listen, and we had a discussion and I offered to share but she wouldn't hear of it
it was all or nothing
must be a Republican cat

sylvia/sam - oh sam!! I bet Sylvia has enough love to go around for both of you

meno - too late - the bed was the first thing she claimed - when she first got here she came out of the carrier and right on to the bed - it is her headquarters

cloudia - she is rather regal :)

Oh, Mia. You've either been giving lessons to, or taking them from Zephyr.. also a gray and white beauty. He watches for me to come into the room, then races me for my computer chair. (Yes, it's MY chair, Zeph.) He usually wins, then immediately lies down and goes into that kitty curl, so I can forgive him and rub his belly. He's SO controlling!

hilary - they're so manipulative!! :)

She is really quite the cat, isn't she? :-)

Oh Mia, you should have been born a Rhodesian ridgeback like our Sheba, for those know not only how to get the best spot, but to bargain for remained ownership!

Mia is just adorable - let her have the chair - won't you?

Mia - you raise a lot of good points in this post, but I don't think I want Pearl to read it and get any ideas, we have the same kind of chair thing going on around h- oops here she comes gotta go bye!

LOL. captures cat personality perfectly. cute one. :)

Mia! Here I thought we were going to hear some sob story about how awful you had it until Dianne came along and gave you a warm loving home and proper vet care. But no! You are currently preoccupied with the chair. It just goes to prove the "what have you done for me lately" attitude of the furry ones we love unconditionally. I'm sorry, but I find your frustration hilarious. And:

Laps are for pussies

Precisely!

These pictures of Mia are just DARLING! Ain't it the truth! Though I must say Sweetie is almost never where I need to be...What he does is sit down right next to me...He is such a great great comfort. I LOVE Cats!
