Happpy Birthday Hope - Just so you know your Grandma is always bragging about you. Stick next to her she loves you to much to ever steer you wrong. You are lucky to have such a Grandma.
Dianne -I saw the cutest little necklace earlier today and thought of you -and your little granddaughter immediately. I was thinking of getting it and sending it to you but now, I can't remember where I saw the damned thing! I hate when the alzheimer's takes over my mind like that.
Anyway, it was a little heart and the word "Hope" -both hung together on a very pretty delicate chain. My thought was this was so appropriate for you and also for little Hope -in part for her, for her name, ya know and also, for you for all the crapola you're having to deal with these days. If I come across it again, I will have to get it THEN and THERE (so I don't lose track and forget about it) and send it to you. Just figured you need a little reinforcing on the "Hope" aspect a lot more these days.
But at least she's just getting prettier and prettier by the day and that has to give you just a smidgen more hope too in the process, doesn't it? Just wanted to let you know I keep you in my thoughts and prayers for a speedy resolution to your issues. Peace.

They grow up so quickly...I don't have to tell you that, though, do I?! Since my oldest just turned 22 and my youngest just moved 2 hours away, I've been thinking a lot about when they were this little and needed me so much...They're both doing well...I, however, am going through a bit of a grieving process.

That was one heck of a fast two months! Next thing we know, Hope will be walking and talking and begging her grandmother for shopping trips at the local mall to buy the latest fashions!
