Easter With Hope

We went to my DIL's brother's restaurant for Easter. It's a really lovely place in Northern NJ. Hope visits her uncle there often so she pretty much knows everyone.

They have an outdoor dining area and Greek music is usually playing. Hope positions herself right under the speakers and does a little show ...

A very dramatic finale

She had fun at the table too ...

Kisses for AnnaGelica

Smiles for the waiter. She told him she wanted octopus, french fries and chocolate.

And then she was full

Until the chocolate came out ...

Guess who gave her the chocolate

What could possibly go wrong

We were going to have coffee outside ...

But is started to rain ...

So it was back inside to finish the day with cocktails and hiding behind the water glasses ...

We hope you all had a good weekend too.

Wow! Just wow. Hope is so beautiful and that smile. Certainly brightened my morning. I love the picture of her on her dad's lap. That is classic. Thank you for sharing.

She's just so adorable and gets cuter with each passing day. There's alway something so touching about "father and child" images and this one is no exception. It's perfect, in fact. I'm glad you had a good time. :)

Okay, first I have to say that Hopes Easter outfit is faaaaaaaaabulous!

Love the skirt!

"Smiles for the waiter. She told him she wanted octopus, french fries and chocolate."

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! Oh, how cute!

The picture of Hope with Dad is beyond precious. What LOVE you can feel from that photo!

And I'm so impressed with the shot you took from behind the water glasses.

BRAVA!

Thank you for sharing your day, dear lady. Muchly enjoyed!

X to you and the gang!

Octopus, french fries and chocolate, huh? Aren't our grandchildren just the most entertainment ever though? I thought my kids came out with some funny comments when they were little but let me tell you, my grandkids have them beat by a mile, for sure! We had a very nice Easter here too except we dined at home. Only had one catastrophe, food-wise, and that was the Swedish rye bread I baked which had never failed me before but did this Sunday. Crust too hard, didn't bake through -probably hadn't risen properly I think. That was a big disappointment to me as I really love that bread.

Oh my gosh what a wonderful day! Hope is a performer -- I bet the audience loved it. I know I did!

Thanks for sharing your beautiful day. Made me remember Easters with our now grown grandkids -- good times, wouldn't have missed them for the world.

She is just getting cuter and cuter all the time, which seems impossible since she was already such a charmer. Great pictures of her, Dianne. Thanks for giving me such smiles this morning!
