Where are the Christmas Tree Ornaments?

Nana, look at the beautiful tree

I don't have anything in my bucket
I'm going to ride my horse now

Hope, are you touching the tree?

No Nana, I'm just looking with my hands

The star is very high Nana and I can't see it

I was thinking

You could take the star down and let Chuck E. Cheese go on top of the tree
Daddy said it was OK

Nana! look! I found Moose. He was sitting on the table

If I find all the tree things you'll put them back?
And everything will be OK?
Sounds good Nana

Merry Christmas Everybody

There's nothing like some Christmas Hope to make the season merry and bright!

When a Christmas tree is so pretty it's hard not to look with one's hands, isn't it?

Merry Christmas to you and yours with best wishes that the gift of a wonderful coming New Year is somewhere under your beautiful tree!

'I'm just looking with my hands'

That's going into my book of excuses for sure.

And what exactly do you celebrate at your house? Chaquanmas?

That tree looks so green and so wonderfully real. Must give off a great scent. I didn't know that they still made "real" Christmas trees. ;) And yes, I'll have to agree with the class, "Looking with my hands," is the winner. Merry Christmas to all! :)

How wonderful to be able to experience the wonderment of Christmas through the eyes of a child again. That's what grandchildren do for us. They bring back the magic!

A forever Christmas memory, "No Nana, I'm just looking with my hands". And, did you replace the star with the
Chuck-E-Cheese balloon? Wonderful post.

Looks like the "looking with my hands" quote was definitely the big hit of this post! Loved it! Wishing you the best Christmas and lots of goodies from St. Nick! At our house, it's been "controlled chaos" and looks like we need to build on just to house the Christmas gifts this year. Kids are extremely happy though and that's the main thing, isn't it?

"looking with my hands" is something our Tyler is *very* good at...unfortunately. It's funny how "no" means very little to 22-month-olds.

Hope you had a great Christmas, and that Hope got everything she wished for!
