She gets very insulted if I move her so she is the perfect excuse to walk away and leave the closet for another day.

You're right, I hesitate to officially put my winter clothes away because you never know.

Cats are so easily offended. To say the weather is unsettled is to understate it. I do hope you're feeling better now. Maybe some consistently fine weather would help.

I love how cats always have to be in the middle of things, especially if they're crinkly. :) Cleaning out closets are always something that can be put off until another day. lol
Why is it our kitties always want to lay right where we are working whether on our papers or our closets!

I have a huge pile of clothes stacked in the corner of my bedroom... both winter and spring mixed together. Weather is crazy now. Add to that a weight loss of about 14 lbs and the clothes I have are fitting a bit weird. Enough to notice some of them are baggy but not enough to buy a new wardrobe.
Well, there is one thing I could never do without in this part of the country: my rain gear. It's been raining for days with no end in sight. My closets are pretty clean, but I have to laugh when I realize I hardly wear any more than a few different things. I like them so much I wash them and wear them again and again! :-)
We always dress in layers here in Seattle. Lately more layers than usual, with the Gortex on top!

Oh! Should have added, come to Florida - it's ALWAYS HOT! You just need tank tops, shorts and flip-flops, even in January!
Hey! I love it when the cat helps with laundry (read: she rolls around in the warm clothes). There's nothing like a little feline help when it comes to chores ;-)

We are having Bizarre weather here, too...Yesterday it was SOOOO Cold in my house in the A.M. that I had to turn the heat on...! Later in the day---I had to turn on The Air Conditioning.....!! WEIRD, WEIRD, WEIRD---Everywhere!

Oh yeah you need closet-cleaning help like that...she's doing a great job )).... we have kids who live in Colorado and that's pretty much the way their weather is always...I tell them I'd be even more schitzo if I didn't have any idea how to dress for the weather from one day to the next. They do dress in layers (and keep sweaters and coats in their cars all the time etc).
Lol... How many times hubby or I will stay where we are so we don't disturb the cat on our lap..... Hugs
