Happy Halloween

Hope will be a bumble bee for Halloween. She will be attending a 'It's My First Halloween' party in Brooklyn with her cousins. Her Mom's family is very large and there are many, many cousins for Hope to share the day with.

We've been celebrating all week.

First we played 'Nana don't let me slide off the sofa' ...

We played twice with a costume change in between ...

Here we see Hope considering who she will give all her candy to ...

And day dreaming about pumpkins ...

Earlier today Hope traveled to the pumpkin patch in search of the perfect pumpkin ...

Have a wonderful Halloween!

May the Great Pumpkin Shine For You

Hope is precious as ever. We don't celebrate Halloween, but I'll wish you a Happy Reformation Day... which in practical terms just means we buy all the candy at a discount later and just eat it then. :P

Looks like Hope is going to be able to look back on some wonderful Halloween memories someday courtesy of her Grammy who takes awesome pictures of an awesome granddaughter! She's quite the cute little pumpkin herself!

How fun. Such a precious age. And she is the best pumpkin in the patch!

Happy Halloween Dianne.

I gotta tell you I am beginning to feel sorry for Hope's parents. She is less than a year old and it seems she has already learned the art of Mall Shopping and accessorizing her self with a minimum of 4 new out fits per holiday. Hey, dad - You better get that second jog, NOW! - your going to need a good one. :)

Please tell Hope I think she's the most PRECIOUS child in all the world!

OMG, Dianne...that last photo of her with the pumpkin makes me want to bit her cute little cheeks!!!

And I so agree with Daryl...Hope is a very old and wise little soul. You can actually see her "pondering."

Thank you so much for sharing these moments with us, dear lady.

It truly warms my heart!

HAPPY 1st Halloween, Hope!

You GO, girl!

X ya's!

I'll go with the crowd and say how adorable Hope is in all of these pictures (and the rest of the time too, I'm sure). My favorite part of Halloween is the kids (and how it makes me feel like a kid). "They" can keep the scary bit. I'll just take the dress up and the free candy (though I don't mind dressing up as a witch or a vampire, just not too scary). ;)

Have a good one! :)

P.S. I'll bet that was a surprise to you with my year-round cat ears avi, eh? LOLOL

Love the outfits and as always, Hope just gets better and better as she gets bigger and bigger -so pretty! Happy Halloween! Now, it's 4:39 a.m. here and the dog we just acquired 2 days ago is jumping in my lap, trying to give me the message that I need to find my shoes and take him outside for a little bathroom boogie, ya know! Gonna teach Mr. Muttley to tell time and learn to better coordinate his pottie calls next methinks!

Hope is just adorable! I SO remember the costume changes....(not that we think of them as little dolls, of course)...

So who was the recipient of all her candy?? I'll bet she made out well!

I don't if it's the Great Pumpkin shining or Hope. She's so beautiful. I'm so glad we get to see her grow more into her own everyday.

Miss Hope was ALL decked for Halloween. She looked adorable!

I'm glad she won the "Don't slide off the couch" game :)

Besides being increasingly adorable, that girl has already accrued a massive wardrobe. And she looks good in every outfit.

Great pics, Dianne! Hope looks somewhat unimpressed by all the hoopla. (Nicole had the same expression on her face in her first Halloween photos. lol) In a few years, though, she will have a blast! Sounds like a good time was had by all.
