It's Never Pretty ...

... yet my JETS beat the Broncos.

Mark Sanchez was jittery and intercepted.
The officiating was pathetic.
It didn't look good until the end and even then ...
... They almost blew it in the last 49 seconds.

But they won. And they are now 5 - 1 going into a Bye week.

And they top the AFC East.

Special congrats to Nick Folk who kicked a 56 yard field goal - a franchise record.

A few pics from the game ...

LaDanian Tomlinson scored twice.

Sanchez settled down.

Braylon Edwards scored the 1st touchdown.

Santonio Holmes really hangs in there.

We took down Tebow.

Unlike the Tea Party, football fans can spell.

I love my JETS

Your Jets are looking really good this year. And I’m always happy to see the Bronco fall.

Who knows; we may even see a Jets V Steelers AFC title game.

It all looks great fun though it's a complete mystery to me (but then, so is much of cricket!)

Congrats to the Jets. I am happy they win unless they are playing the Dolphins of course.
Loved the two fans. Too bad we can't have such fun with all our disagreemants.

I am a sometimes sports fan and when I lived in Boulder I rooted for the Broncos. Now I don't care who wins, except for my blogging buddies who care, THEN I hope their team wins. So I'm happy for you!! :-)

They were dad's team, now in his honor ToonMan roots for them (and his Giants)

I love the Jets too!

And mainly because they're from the city I love the most...

....NYC!!!!

Yaaaaaaay...GO, Jets!

X to you and the gang!

Glad to know Braylon Edwards is doing well in NY. He was a washout when he was with the Browns.

Glad your team is doing well.

Yeah, I know those Jets of yours won because they beat my son-in-law's Broncos. I have to have some loyalty to the Broncos because they are the team of my Colorado family, but daughter Jill and the kids root for the Seahawks first, then the Broncos.
So it's not all bad. Our Seahawks beat the Bears, in Chicago! And your beloved Jets won too.

I've not been watching enough NFL or baseball. Must fix that :-)

Love the Hate Fans :-) We'd see that in cricket over here but the football neanderthal tribes take it far too seriously to be allowed in the same stadiums as the opposition.
